PHONE CONSULTATION
During our first conversation we want to learn all about your project specifications and requirements. We’ll be able to offer some practical solutions on how to best achieve the desired results, and determine if we are the best fit for the job. Once we have a solid understanding of your project, we’ll be able to provide a rough estimate. If you would like to move forward, we can go ahead and schedule a site visit.
SITE VISIT & DETAILED QUOTE
We’ll meet you on-site to discuss your project in depth, collect precise measurements, and discuss design options and finishes. Once you have had a moment to review colors and designs, we can put together an exact quote for your project.
CONSTRUCTION
When construction day arrives, we take one last moment to confirm your design and color choices to ensure you are absolutely sure about your selections. Once approved, our team will get to work. We will handle all phases of construction from site prep to finishing and sealing. Troy (owner of Kali Concrete) will personally be at every job to ensure the team runs efficiently with minimal disruption to your business operations.
FINAL INSPECTION
Once construction is completed, we’ll take you on a final walk-through to make sure everything meets your expectations. During this time we’ll also explain essential care and warranty details.
